Returns and Warranty
Our return policy is the same as Slipstream Watercraft...
Returns must be accompanied by Original Sales Receipt.
Refunds will only allowed within 10 days if the boat is returned in absolutely new condition, upon inspection by Ultralight Paddling. In the event of a return, transportation is buyers responsibility to return it to us, and no refunds or allowances will be given.
At Ultralight Paddling, the warranty period for Slipstream Watercraft is 15 days. In the event there is a defect with the canoe caused by Slipstream Watercraft, please notify us immediately, that we might contact Slipstream Watercraft for evaluation. Any notification we receive after 15 days will be dealt with according to Slipstream Watercraft, who wants to see you paddling as much as we do. Transportation is the buyer's responsibility to return it to us. We will ensure Slipstream receives the canoe.
If the problem is not covered by warranty, then the repair and transportation to and from Slipstream from Ultralight Paddling will be billed to the customer.
