Ultralight paddling

About Us

I started Out...
On motorcycles actually.  But I had so many friends become hood ornaments, that I decided to sell the bike and get some kayaks.  We had a blast with the Hobies but they were too restricted to water that was 1. 5' deep or more.  So we purchased regular plastic kayaks. They were fun, but as we are getting older the weight of them was starting to get to us.

The Next Step
Selling ultralight canoes just seemed to be a natural step after that.  Especially since those heavy roto-molded plastic kayaks I have weigh a ton, and my wife struggles to help me load them up.  I'm keeping those kayaks to take others out, but I've got new Slipstream canoe's for us, and hoping to build my armada exclusively to ultralight canoes.  It only makes sense, as I take people out for day trips, and for weekend excursions.

In the End
We became independent Slipstream dealers here in the Mid-Hudson valley.  We love how they handle, their lightweight, and their portability for trips.

I hope to meet you in NY's Mid-Hudson Valley, or the Catskills, or the Adirondacks... soaking up the blessings of living in the northeast USA.  Whether paddling, biking, hiking, backpacking, camping, snowshoeing, XC skiing... life is too short to stay inside.  There's a big world to discover!

Buy the right equipment, and enjoy the outdoors.  Think ultralight.  Love it.  Don't lug it!
Due to Covid19, unfortunately ALL prices are subject to change at any time before delivery.
